After a year of cooking at home night after night, we know we can’t be the only ones looking for inspiration for easy, home-cooked, family-style meals. As such, we are delighted to share this video we came across fom the French Cooking Academy, which offers up tips for making poulet Ménagère, which roughly translates to “family home style roast chicken.” More of a formula than an actual recipe, it uses the same methods that were used for roasts back in 19th century France!
