As the summer fades and the leaves begin to blush with color, we always look forward to the subtle flavor of perfectly ripened pears. Wholesome and versatile, pears go with just about everything, making for endless combinations, both savory and sweet. In our September/October 24 magazine, our regular recipe contributor and photographer Franck Schmitt pulled together 5 creative seasonal creations with pears to enliven your table this fall.
