Spas, yoga studios, nutritional centers, organic cafés… Paris is full of places dedicated to well-being. Maison Alaena is a new hotspot that not only comprises all these things — it is also hiding one of the best views in the capital.

Eight floors up, Maison Alaena is a haven of peace away from Paris’ hustle and bustle.

Its M.O. is simple: “A place where you feel good, good about yourself, good about your body, good about your time.” And the mission is certainly accomplished.

Maison Alaena believes that taking a moment for yourself is vital for all-around well-being, so they’ve catered to each part of life: from the body to the gut to the mind to the skin.

The spa — comprising three individual rooms, one duo and a hammam — is elegantly designed, a harmony of minimalist decoration, sober colors and luxurious fabrics.

Inspired by oriental and Asian cultures, the spa has a menu of deluxe massages and facials to destress and rejuvenate the body and skin. The brand has its own line of skincare — organic products which pool the benefits of both conventional and alternative medicine — and these are exclusively used in treatments.

Facials are inspired by Japanese beauty treatments, designed to detoxify, hydrate and rejuvenate the face.

And because La Maison believes that beauty begins from the inside, they also offer skin diagnosis, nutritional advice and in-depth personalized recommendations (micronutrition, cosmetics, food supplements, sport, medical analysis etc.).

There are also weekly yoga classes (yin, vinyasa and fertility) limited to 6 students to ensure maximum guidance from teachers.

Once your beauty treatment is done, extend the relaxation in the tea salon. This large, light-filled space has comfortable seating areas to have a hot drink, freshly pressed juice or slice of organic cake. Delicious brunches, made using local ingredients and packed with superfoods, are served at the weekend.

All cakes on offer are gluten, sugar and dairy-free.

And unlike the philosophy behind many members-only clubs, the tea room and terrace can be accessed even if you don’t have an appointment in the spa.

Everyone can enjoy a slice of heaven!

The cherry on top is undoubtedly the incredible view. Hugging both sides of the tea room, the terrace has a wonderful panorama with the Sacré-Coeur and Eiffel Tower seen from either side, plus the rest of the city laid out in between.

From the rooftop that envelops Maison Alaena, you can see the Sacré-Coeur and the Eiffel Tower.

A cocoon in the clouds, Maison Alaena is a chic and calming space to unwind and reflect. Ideal for me-time, whether on the massage table, in Downward Facing Dog, or savoring a piece of cake! Whichever you choose, the view over the city skyline is sure to bring ample serenity to busy minds.
