Recipe: Berry Layer Cake with Spring Flowers

Spring holidays make for the ideal moment to gather family and friends around the table, and decorate with pastel colors. In the March/April 2024 magazine, culinary stylist Eve Cardi has created traditional Easter recipes for My French Country Home, and completed the dishes with some stylistic inspiration for the table presentation during your spring celebrations.

The featured dessert – a fabulous floral layer cake – is sure to be a show-stopper both before and after you cut into it. Edible flowers frame the silky white cream-covered sponge cake while uniform raspberries and strawberries color the inside of the cake for a light and delicious surprise.
