For Furnishings & Accessories: Merci

Merci is my favorite lifestyle shop in Paris and has become my go-to for linen bedding, ceramics, glassware and accessories for the home. I can spend hours perusing the various floors and always tell friends to visit on their trips to Paris.

For Furniture: La Manufacture

La Manufacture is a new-ish concept store inspired by French and Italian aesthetics that combines fashion and design. I went to the launch dinner back in July and love the highly curated modern and design-lead furniture pieces that they’ve cherry-picked to stock in-store.

For Candles & Home Fragrances: Trudon

I have a soft spot for Trudon, not only because it is France’s oldest candle brand (founded in 1643 in the reign of King Louis XIV) and creates the most exquisite scents, but also because I was lucky enough to visit its factory last year to witness how the beautiful pieces are made.

For Kitchen Supplies: La Tresorerie

I used to live around the corner from this place, and I don’t think a week would go by when I wouldn’t pop in to see what they had in store. It offers a beautiful selection of Scandinavian-inspired pieces, which are perfect for creating a calm and minimal home.

For Home Inspiration: Atelier Vime

I adore everything about the beautiful world that is Atelier Vime, which constantly inspires me. It’s a revived 19th-century wicker workshop, but the 18th-century hôtel particulier that houses the studio is equally enchanting and magical.

For Antiques: Selency

Selency has become my online destination for unique, vintage pieces and antiques. I’ve already bought quite a few items from the online marketplace and have a huge wishlist. I interviewed the founder, Charlotte Cadé, for my book.
