The taste and color of a perfectly ripened peach are the embodiment of summer. Since these delicious fruits are practically spilling from the stands of farmers markets in France, we asked our friend โ€“ย the fantastic chef and talented photographer, Franck Schmitt โ€“ to whip us up a full menu of recipes using peaches in our July/August 2024 magazine.
