Welcome to our monthly series: MFCH Staff Favorites!
Every month, the members of the My French Country Home team will share a recommendation for their favorite thing in France right now.
As winter settles over France, there’s a special pleasure in wrapping yourself up in soft cashmere, pulling on a perfectly cut beanie, or slipping into cozy socks that make even the coldest mornings feel charming. Accessories, after all, are where warmth meets style — those little finishing touches that make a bundled look feel so French.

For this month’s edition of MFCH Staff Favorites, our team is sharing the pieces we reach for when the temperature drops: from the colorful cashmere of Kujten and the timeless styles of Le Kasha, to the artistic flair of Inoui Editions and Atelier St Eustache. These French brands all bring craftsmanship, creativity, and whimsy to winter dressing.
Here are our favorite finds from quality French accessories brands to keep you chic and cozy all season long.
Eric Bompard
Recommended by Nicola, MFCH Magazine Writer & Editor
When there’s a chill in the air and I want to stay warm without losing an ounce of style, there’s nothing quite like a cashmere scarf. I was so excited to recently stumble on this cute bandeau from the iconic knitwear brand, Eric Bompard.

There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about it – its retro shape, the soft, cloudlike texture and the way it instantly pulls a look together. I love how effortlessly chic it feels, whether I’m bundled up for a walk in the city or escaping for an outdoorsy weekend. It’s that rare accessory that’s both practical and glamorous, and it makes me feel like winter is something to savor.
Kujten
Recommended by Jessy, MFCH Customer Service Coordinator
The good thing about accessories is that they can make any look a little cooler and a little more you. Kujten is everywhere in Paris and to say it’s a French girl favorite is an understatement. Women of every age reach for the colorful scarves which put an elegant spin on the classic cowboy bandana.

Kujten, while known for its luxurious and affordable cashmere scarves, proposes other playful pieces too. Beyond bandanas, there are hats, balaclavas, sweaters, and everything else one might need to brave the winter ahead. Personally, I’m a fan of the cashmere socks. Something about a pop of red peaking out from under a pair of loafers and jeans just adds a “je ne sais quoi” to the moody Parisian weather.
Le Kasha
Recommended by Alizée, MFCH Travel & Tour Manager
For winter accessories, Le Kasha is one of my favorite French brands. Their cashmere scarves and beanies are simple, beautifully made, and incredibly soft. Those are pieces you reach for every winter and never get tired of.

I love that it’s an old French house, founded in 1918, with a real story and craftsmanship behind it. Everything feels considered, the materials, the textures, the neutral tones. It’s quiet, timeless, and just feels right for winter.
Atelier St Eustache
Recommended by Sarah, MFCH Subscription Box & Boutique Manager
Atelier St Eustache is a French sock brand that proves socks can make a statement. Their playful, artistic designs (like their transparent socks) add a subtle, unexpected detail to any outfit. I own several pairs, and they’ve become my go-to winter accessory! My favorite way to style them is with loafers or sneakers for a polished, effortless touch.

We’ve also shared them in the Quarterly Subscription Box, and they’ve been a hit with our clients. Find them HERE.
Landline
Recommended by Maddy, MFCH Magazine Writer & Editor
Landline isn’t a boutique that makes it easy to shop online — purposefully having no website — but it’s an essential stop if you’re visiting Paris and like the French country aesthetic. Reviving the concept of the old-fashioned neighborhood hardware store, the floor-to-ceiling shelves are stacked with thoughtful items for your home and wardrobe.

In winter, you’ll find me there picking up something from their curation of artisan-made wool and leather accessories: fluffy shoe inserts, lamb-skin gilets, fleece trimmed hats and gloves or tufted boot slippers for lounging at home.
Tricot Paris
Recommended by Avery, MFCH Social Media Specialist
When it comes to finding the ideal knits for the winter season, purity and simplicity are always a sure bet for an amazing gift. This season, I’ve been particularly attracted to the wonderfully woven offerings of Tricot Paris. With their chic art direction and boutique in the Marais, this young knitwear brand already has a great pedigree.

The styles are inspired by classic staples of la mode Parisienne, and each piece is crafted in small quantities by artisans in Venice, principally made with ultra-soft recycled cashmere.
Polo Club
Recommended by Sharon, MFCH Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Casual chic is my style of choice, and I always look at the quality of the brands I buy from. I recently discovered Polo Club, and I’m loving the cut of their clothes and the good finishing on each item.

My favorite items this season are their shirt with the bow tie at the neckline, a deep grey sleeveless sweater, which I love to wear over a shirt and jeans, and a gorgeous wool coat. Together, they make the ideal outfit for those bright, cold mornings when you just want to wrap up and get outside.
Inoui Editions
Recommended by Olivia, MFCH Brand Strategist, Writer, & Editor
I’ve always loved fashion that boldly blurs the line between art and style — and Inoui Editions does exactly that. Each of their creations is entirely hand-drawn by the in-house design team, turning every scarf into a true wearable masterpiece. The way the illustrations shift and transform as you wrap them around your neck feels both mesmerizing and one of a kind.

Founded in 2009 by two creative French women, the brand has stayed true to its artistic spirit, bringing whimsy and vibrant color to every piece. Their scarves have a magical way of breathing new life into my simple black and beige wool coats, brightening even the dullest winter day.
We hope you discovered a new brand to wrap yourself in this winter! Check back next month for another roundup of our French favorites.
